1. No cancellations: must find pasalo.

2.  If order is still unpaid after 5 days of claiming, it is considered cancelled. You will then be posted as "unresponsive buyer" and will be blocked from my shop.

3.  Damages are not my responsibility anymore once shipped out since it is out of my hands. Rest assured that your order will be packed well and safely!

4. For lost parcels, I will do my best to communicate to the chosen courier to retrieve your order.

5. No unedited unboxing video = no refund.

6. 15THVARIETY's Products are NOT available for COD.
